Medical Practices

You agree and understand that we provide administrative services to independent cardiology groups, (the “Practices”) each of which are independently owned by licensed physicians. We do not own the Practices, employ or in any way supervise or control the providers providing care. The care provided by a Practice is the sole responsibility of each independent entity and the providers each Practice employs or contracts with. You agree and understand that care provided by one Practice shall be completely separate and apart from any care you may be provided by another Practice. Services and office practices may vary across Practices and you should contact the specific entity for all questions related to the health care services you receive. The Practices (or your own medical provider if you do not use a Practice) are responsible for providing you with a Notice of Privacy Practices describing their collection and use of your health information. If you do not agree to be bound by those terms, you are not authorized to access or use our Website, and you must promptly exit our Website.

Purchase and Sale of Products and Services

You have the opportunity to purchase our products and services on our Website.
